We first go through a consultation. I assess their eating, sleeping, (health) and fitness habits. I then educate and correct them on basic health and nutrition science. If we both decide we are a great fit, we get started with a customized fitness and nutritional advice plan tailored to your schedule. Guranteeed results in 90 days or less.
