Astute, results-oriented, self motivated professional fitness instructor and leader with a passion for excellence. Over seven years of experience possessing key skills and comprehensive knowledge of fitness instruction, human anatomy and leading large groups, as well as one-on-one personal training.

I love helping clients get healthy and teaching them how to incorporate exercise into a busy schedule, and helping them with their nutrition needs. I love training all levels, older adults, kids, teens. I enjoy seeing them succeed in their weight loss goals, muscle gain goals, or endurance goals.
I have always been into sports and fitness. I got started in this field because I was always being asked what I do for fitness, etc., when I was a member of a local gym. So, I decided to get certified and teach exercise classes at the local YMCA and worked them like I work myself. My love of teaching fitness has grown. I not only love teaching classes, I love helping others with their fitness goals.
