About Sarah
I am dedicated to inspire, teach and challenge you to meet YOUR fitness goals. I specialize in weight loss, outdoor fitness & core strength. Previously 90+lbs heavier, I understand the exhausting journey of weight loss and the exciting life that is gained afterward.
I get to help people see their true athleticism. Every smile at the end of a big challenge is always worth it to me.
I am a certified Personal Trainer, certified life coach, and Sports Nutrition. My multifaceted approach looks at every angle to your overall wellness. Prior to owning my own business, I worked at a boutique weightloss facility. Where I had a 95% success rate with my clients achieving their goals.

I have helped people take off those difficult last 15 pounds or keep off over 100+ lbs. I have helped people reverse type 2 diabetes & people who wanted to just improve eating habits. I have also helped people increase muscle mass, improve core balance and posture.

Details
I typically charge $75 per session & $30 for virtual sessions.
However, I would rather set a timeframe & set # of workouts in that timeframe.
I take off $10 every additional session you want per week.
1x a week = $75/session
2x a week = $65/session (or $130 for the week)
3x a week = $55/session (or $165 for the week)
