About Kayla

Personal Trainer for 12 years, specializing in corrective exercise. I grew up doing triathlons, show water-skiing, and cross country skiing and was chronically injured from all of the above, so my niche in fitness evolved from focusing on performance to helping people get back to what they love to do. Went to Montana State for Exercise Science pre-PT, have been certified for 12 years, and am currently in Mike Reinold's Champion Performance and Therapy course.

I have been a certified trainer for 7 years and have coached people in distance events, lifting, weight loss, triathlon, cross country skiing, race nutrition, weight loss nutrition, mindset, detoxing, and other specific goals.

Find someone whose coaching style vibes with you. I like Ben Pukalski because he focuses on a hollistic style of training- mindset, recovery, nutrition, and overall health rather the anything for the best bikini body mindset.
