I like his energy, Josh really understands when to motivate. Been in the gym for years, but this is the first trainer that understood my motivation.
Sky Fox Fitness is a dedicated personal trainer that truly cares about his clients. Out of all the PTs I have had I can unequivocally say that this one is the best. He designs programs that are specific to each client. He takes the time to explain the benefits of the program and how it can change how you workout. He’s motivating and encouragingly. I highly recommend Sky Fox Fitness if you want something different and effective.
