I have always had the most respect for Chris and all of his suggestions for me to maintain a positive exercise routine as well as great suggestions for nutrition . I recommend his training services to anyone.
He was so patient with me. He gave me copies of the exercises to do and also show me which machine I was to use in the gym I went to. Nice personality also.
Chris is realistic, positive, and results oriented.... not quick, short lived results, but long term sustainable results. Highly recommend working with Chris!
