About Bolo
Certified Personal Training which is affordable and provide results. $360 covers 8-12 personal training sessions 2-3 sessions per week for a month and a nutrition plan included. Helping people reach their goals and change their lives through motivation fitness. As for payment I accept all forms ,Apple Cash,Venmo,PayPal,cash,check,debit cards,credit cards,chip cards. You have options lol

After a knee surgery in 2009 I knew I was going to need to rehab myself. That began my journey from 320 pounds down to 240 pounds.

how long does it take to get in better shape? Depending on your current fitness level 6 months to a year
how often do I train? 2-3 times per week
how much protein do I need in a day? 1 gram of protein per body weight

Perfect! I have poor availability but we have been able to meet at 5:30 am to meet my needs. I also thrive on positive reinforcement, and there is never any shortage of that (even at 5:30 in the morning)! He has been patient as I have struggled with some forms while lifting weights. Great for those who need positive reinforcement, struggle with form and have odd availability!
