About Stanley
I provide consultation, coaching, mediation, etc. to individuals, couples, families, groups of any size, corporations/businesses, etc.
I am a very rare and unique combination of:
* Ph.D. in Psychology
* Life Coach
* Spiritual Guide
* Nutritionist
* Personal Physical Fitness Trainer/Coach
* Semi-Professional Ultra Endurance Athlete
I help many different types of clients in a wide variety of ways. The emphasis is normally on developing sustainable life-style changes, rather than merely achieving temporary outcomes.
Beginning to improve our health in these ways is often challenging for numerous reasons. I help make this easy, convenient, and even enjoyable!
For your convenience, we meet wherever you want.
I am excited to also help you become healthier and happier!
