About Calabrese
I have been a fitness pro for 34 years with a masters degree in clinical exercise science / cardiac rehabilitation and have 27 certifications ranging from lifestyle and weight management & nutrition to kettlebells, boot camp, Pilates, kick boxing, post rehab and more.
I specialize in transforming women's bodies and health. I offer nutrition plans for weight loss, energy, athletic performance and healthy aging. I also train men. My nutrition systems come with a 100% money back guarantee.
