I am offering online oil painting instruction through Zoom. This allows you to comfortably learn in your own home/studio. I record the live demos so you can rewatch as many times as you need. So don’t stress out about taking notes and possibly missing something. I also send follow up emails/critiques to help you out until the next demo session.

I love helping people achieve their goals. Anyone can learn to paint and draw. It takes time and a lot of practice but it is possible!
I have a B.F.A in painting as well as over 20 years of oil painting.

My teaching style is a combination of structured lessons and valuable feedback. Teaching foundational principles of traditional drawing and painting.
I will go through the process of making a painting from start to finish. Giving students a foundation that will allow them to bring their own creative voice to their art.
I have worked with toddlers, teenagers and adults.
I would look at the instructors website/instagram artwork and see if there are aspects in their paintings that you want to learn. If there is a technique in their art that you think might help your art move to the next level.
I was just in a juried art exhibit in the Cleveland area. It was exiting to not only be accepted into the show but also to have my art next to so many amazing artists. It reminded me how important it is to get out into the community, out of your studio and to make genuine connections with people.
