About Rasheed
We conquer fitness and nutrition fromnthe neck up. Being a private fitness facilty it gives us an opportunity to establish and develop a relationship with each client. Teaching and coaching them with:
*Small Group Fitness & Semi-Private Training
*Private 1 on 1 training
*Nutrition Coaching with our resident Dietitian
*Providing Body Composition Analysis with the InBody Analysis System.
After completing my 11 year enlistment in the Army, I decided to pursue my passion for teaching, helping and serving others. The military groomed me to train soldiers into leaders and that seed grew into what we do today.

Private Training Clients receive an initial consult which discusses goals, expectations, and responsibilities. We also do a comprehensive Body Analysis to determine height, weight, body fat (lbs & %), water in cells, and BMR. We also do an initial workout to examine movement and flexibility.
Group Fitness dives right in to any of our 6 Classes offered in strength training, HIIT/Tabata, Cardio Boot Camp, and Core.
Athletes. CEO Developers, Local Business Owners, Students, Obese At Risk Adults, Stunt Men, bodybuilders, military recruits, Single Mothers, and Married Couples
