Foundation building for young athletes through proper movement techniques.

Seeing my clients achieve goals where before it seemed unattainable to them.

Discovered my love for fitness in the military and then started teaching and coaching and saw the need for developing young athletes. I would see some of the athletes in the school weight room doing exercises that were either not beneficial or would make them injury prone. Seeing the problems it can cause I made it my mission to help young athletes prevent this.

About the lesson

First session is a physical assessment to look for any type of imbalances through a movement screen. This also allows for the student to see if working together is something they feel comfortable with.

I work with students typically between the ages 9-18.

Make sure you are comfortable with a coach and are able to put forth the effort on days I do not see you, this will allow proper progressions and the ability to see results quicker. Also make sure the coach is fully insured.
