About Edward
Certified personal trainer that will provide clients with a 4, 6 or 8 week customized strentgh training workout plan that includes videos of the exercises they will be doing so they are not lost in the gym. Will also provide check ins to make sure program is going according to plan and checking progress.
Working out is something i have always enjoyed. Played basketball at the college level and was able to win a national championship in 2012. I was a witness to what could happen if you work extremely hard and i know given the right program and a little bit of a push my clients can and will get the body they are searching for.
I send all clients a questionnaire just so I can get to know a little bit about them and their goals. Based on the information i recieve I will customize a specific exercise routine for them and only them.
I am a AAAI certified personal trainer.

At the beginning i have each client fill out a questionnaire thawill let me know what their goals are, what their schedule looks like, eating habits, and also if they have any injuries. Based on this information i will customize a workout that is perfect for them.
I have worked with clients of all ages from children to senior citizens.
Make sure that whatever workout plan you has is made for you and your goals. You dont want a workout plan that could be used for gaining weight when you want to lose weight. Make sure its customized.
