About Julie

Julie is a former competitive volleyball player with a masters degree in Sports Management. She is addicted to fruits, vegetables, and yoga. During individual sessions, she also trains alongside you, so you never feel like you’re working out alone.

Julie has played volleyball for over 20 years including competing in the Junior Olympics with club teams, beach volleyball events, and at the college level. Volleyball honors she has received include leadership awards, all conference recognition, and still-standing serve and assist records. Her range of coaching is from the elementary recreation level to elite high school club teams. Former athletes have gone on to play for prestigious college teams and the US Junior National team. Julie is a certified USA Volleyball Coach, NCVA Coach, and AAU Coach with First Aid/AED/CPR licenses.

Julie has a masters degree in sports management and administration, which she utilizes to ensure you are always receiving the most up to date training available. She understands how hard it can be dedicating your time to two passions, school and sports, which is why she works with all students on how to succeed in the classroom as well. Unique components of Julie’s training regimen include leadership, time management, nutrition, and elite level preparation for club or college programs.

About the lesson

Muscle strengthening lessons offered by Julie are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Sandy Springs. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
