About Jonathan
I’ve been a personal trainer for 9 years with 13 years of strength and conditioning experience. I practice what I preach and will be with you every step of the way to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. My programs will gaurente that you break through plateaus and see results. Each program is customly built to cater towards a specific individuals goals. I work with clients of all ages from 12 year olds focusing on mechanics, form, and flexibility. To high school athletes looking to improve strength, speed, and proper form for all exercises preformed in the weight room. Middle aged clients looking to build lean muscle, lose fat, and increase overall health. No matter the age or goal let me help you get there in the safest and most efficient way possible. I provide one on one and small group training.
I love sharing my knowledge to others so they can benefit from the hard work that they put in. I know how important long term goals are so I want to show others how to lift properly so they can continue to make results over a long period of time.

I provide a fitness orientation to all new clients at my private gym facility. At the end of the orientation I provide a complimentary workout.
I’ve worked with teens that were looking to make either a high ranked club team or have been recruited to play for a specific high ranking high school. Both cases required the child to gain muscle mass and or weight to be bigger, faster, and stronger.
I’ve worked with freshman high school athletes that wanted to make varsity in there sports. Through team work I helped them realize that they can outwork anyone if they want it bad enough. I taught them how to properly strength train in a safe environment to prevent injury and promote longevity in there student athlete career to come.
I’ve worked with college volley ball players, softball players, soccer players, and baseball players all looking to take there physical fitness to the next level. Packing on lean muscle to increase strength and increasing endurance to sustain performance over longer periods of time.
Work with a coach that is willing to teach you. Everything takes patience and nothing worth having comes easy. You have to work for it so they need to not only push you to the next level but support you. You want to lift smarter not harder because longevity is key. You want long lasting results.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Short term and long term goals. Always be very open to your coach about your physical and mental health so you don’t promote any further injury to something.
