Each year, we take a group to Phuket, Thailand to train with the masters!

An instructor should:
A. Know what he is doing. There are a lot of pretenders out there...beware.
B. Should be likable. You will be spending a lot of time with this person, your personalities should connect.
C. Be trustworthy. He/she literally has your safety in his hands...find somebody you trust with it.

Annually, we take a group of our trainers and students to Thailand.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are my goals? We have students from all walks of life, that are all looking for something different.
If you are strictly looking for fitness, be sure your gym has a fitness component to it, that doesn't involve sparring.
If you are looking for self-defense, be sure your instructor knows what he is teaching. (Check references)
If you are looking to compete, be sure your instructor has competed himself, so they know the ins and outs.

Okay, I have to tell you Nickolas Muay Thai classes are so much fun! I really like morning classes. I have not gone to the night classes yet due to my schedule but I am always hearing good things. Coaches are so patient and they really care about your progress. I highly recommend taking his Muay Thai classes day or night. You won't be disappointed!
Nick is an extremely talented individual with great knowledge and skill in muay thai. Whether you're looking for a great workout or to improve your technique, his class includes it all! Great for beginners and for advanced students. He is very welcoming and helpful. If you are unsure of how to do something in class, he is great at making sure you understand before you leave. He definitely pushes his students to greatness by motivating them throughout class and ending each session with advice and reminders to improve their skill.
