About Loganayaki

The Art of Living Foundation founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi shankar has touched lives of millions in 180 countries. The corner stone evidence based breath work Sudarshan kriya works from Day 1 to eliminate stress, drop negative emotions, remove toxins and improve mental and physical wellbeing.

As a meditator and breath work practitioner for almost 2 decades, I have reaped the benefits of the practice immensely in my material and spiritual growth. As a certified facilitator of the foundation, I teach classes in small group settings and there is continuing support available after completion of the workshop.

I found the techniques learned in the SKY workshop very useful in my personal and professional life and felt the desire to bring it to others to benefit from it as well. So, I worked on getting certified to teach the workshop.

I am a certified (1000 hours) breathwork and mantra meditation facilitator through the art of living foundation. I have personally been a meditation practitioner for almost 20 years and have led many workshops touching the lives of hundreds of individuals

About the lesson

I meet students online for individual /small group sessions for series of classes. Students have the option to join an immersive evidence based breathwork and mantra based meditation workshop.

I have worked with students from various background including high acheiving Professionals, students, teachers to busy moms. Everyone breaths and everyone goes through stress in different forms. So, there is no criteria for learning the teachniques. The tools from the workshop help everyone lead better lives with a small investment of time.

Currently, with resources available online it is very tempting to learn tools for wellbeing by oneself using a virtual teacher. However, our mind and consciousness are so subtle that learning breath work and meditation from properly trained live instructors is very important to get the benefits of the practice.

Before approaching a teacher one should determine the reasons for wanting to learn brearhwork and meditation. Also share these reasons with the potential teacher to figure out the suitability of the technique for their requirement.

I was introduced to the SKY workshop and sudarshan kriya shortly after i was diagnosed with last stage cancer early last year (2020). I practiced the sudarshan kriya throughout my chemo treatment and recovery, and I can’t stress enough on the positive impacts it has had on my journey of recovery and healing. Whether it be calming the mind, helping the body/cells heal or energising the system to reduce stress and keep going, the benefits have been manyfold. I am forever grateful to the person that introduced me to this course and recommend it to everyone, no matter what background or stage of life you are at.
