Also, I have taken some nutrition courses and I can be of assistance in helping figure out what foods are good for you/helping you create a diet/plan to greater your nutrition and achieve goals. Also, if you need help with learning about natural basics and what to use, I can also be of great assistance to new naturals. Lastly, I am not a professional dance fitness instructor, but I do posses the abilities and know how to help with a workout and or learn a few moves. Everything on my catalog is solid and I will let you know if I can or cannot help you beforehand.

First of course I will introduce myself and they will introduce themselves. We will go over what they want to achieve, and/or need help with. I will then proceed to tell the student how I can be of assistance.

I have not had the opportunity to work with anyone other than peers, friends, and siblings, but I am always able to hep in some way, even if it's to direct them to someone else.

Make sure you get in contact with the teacher before hand and ask questions, try to scope out if the teacher can help you.

A recent event that I am fond of is the creation of Zoom and the snow in Louisiana.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
No questions are off the table, I will do everything in my power to provide assistance.
