About STEVE

I am an Economics Ph.D. student with experience teaching undergraduate-level economics courses and peer-reviewing academic writing up to a thesis level. I have also completed degrees in business management as well as mathematics. I have conducted research in growth economics related to the effects of policy on overall economic growth, welfare, and investment levels, as well as in international trade, in which I explored how recessions in developed countries affect survival rates of pioneer firms in developing countries. I have experience in tutoring both master and undergraduate-level students in a wide variety of topics in economics, political science, and mathematics, as well as helping students and peers develop and edit research projects and thesis papers.

I craft professional finance, technology, and strategy content using my 15 years of international experience in economics, investment management, trading, and risk management.

I have worked as an Economist, a data specialist, a director of economic development, and currently, work for a consulting firm specializing in predictive analytics/econometrics.
