I love tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to spend time supporting an individual by gaining a new skill or improving skills they currently posses. I have been privileged of gaining a skill while teaching my skill in, Information Technology, as well as tutoring/mentoring students. I love the fact of being able to just inform them of the importance of education and improving. With our time, my goal is instill the utmost confidence while building higher: moral, character and esteem, in the individual.

I believe that one must take their time when approaching, teaching and mentoring students and student athletes, so they understand to their best abilities. I don't believe in limitations and that will be a focal point in what my principal teachings will be. Look up, the sky is there, and you can definitely reach for it. So from Academics, first and foremost, to being an athlete. My goal is to enforce not being one-sided and to grow any possible way(s) as possible.

Let's just have a bunch of fun! I want you to look at me as a bigger brother, mentor, friend or somebody you just want to talk to about life. Tutoring is how we will meet. Through tutoring we will build a bond beyond scholastic's and athletics. I want to teach you from my failures in life. I am pretty proud of the accomplishments thus far in my life. I have been able to tackle some of my personal and professional goals. Now it is time for me to have faith in myself and be the greatest model I can. I am here to be a road map to life and how to maneuver throughout. We are Family!!!

I initally got my first stint at teaching in 2015, when I taught IT. However, I have always volunteered at surrounding schools on Saturdays, reading and tutoring students. Now, I'm back where I want to be. Working with the youth!

I am an information technology professional. I am also a certified Coach; ASEP Certified. I have also taught Information Technology. I currently work with students for an after school program.

About the lesson

We will introduce ourselves, first and foremost! We will have a warm up exercise in which we bridge the unfamiliarity between all parties. I will then inform them of my interest in tutoring. From there I will ask what is expected of me .I will then provide my expectations.

After formulating a plan for the student regarding growth areas, we will then proceed!
