About the lesson

I typically start off all my new student on showing them a proper boxing stance, basic foot work and how to throw basic punches and I gradually build from there each session.

I've worked with kids 11 years old to 13-16 year old teenagers. To adults in there 20s-30s 40s ect..all the way to to 70s.

Look for a great teacher that has good knowledge of the sport, keeps you motivated and accountable but most importantly a coach that loves what they do!!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

I love to box. My personal training had started to peak and I knew I needed to add something new to keep making progress. Working with Serg was just what I needed. He’s professional, organized, and a skilled trainer. Highly recommended.

Sergio is really fun to work with. He cares about teaching proper technique so that you don’t hurt yourself. This is my first time boxing so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Sergio is very patient and he plans out the workout so that it’s not overwhelming or too difficult. Looking forward to getting in shape and learning how to box with Sergio!
