About Tyrone
Leader Self-Defense helps people learn the different aspects of personal safety including how to protect yourself against acts of verbal and physical aggression.
Helping people feel self-assured and positive about themselves is one of my favorite aspects of what I do.
I have conducted multiple self-defense workshops for the families and students in my local community, so I decided to expand and offer my services to whoever had the desire to learn self-defense.
I have had a black belt in Taekwondo for over 25 years and I am well versed in mixed (hybrid) style of Aikido, Jujitsu and Muay Thai for over 20 years.

I assess what their strengths and weaknesses are and then based on the program, determine how I can best help them reach their goals.
I work mostly with females from ages 9 to 59.
Any self-defense instructor you are considering hiring should have their program in printed format so you can see what you will be expected to learn.

Details
Our pricing is as follows:
The cost of individual sessions is $99.00 per person. The full program consists of three levels over 144 sessions: beginner level ($3,500), intermediate level ($4,500) and advanced level ($5,500).
Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes long.
