About Chris
EPS Kinetics offers specialized sport specific enhancement training, designed to bring out your full potential, and perform at a higher level than ever before. Our advanced machines are equipped with computer generated biofeedback, that show immediate results for torque, speed, range of motion, peak ability, and result averages.
I personally trained on this type of equipment from the ages 16-21 years old while playing HS and College football. I was a trainer, and manager of a similar facility called Fast-Twitch from the age of 23-30. My passion for training athletes, and seeing the success of my athletes drove me to opening my own business. Nothing I’d rather be doing. I’m certified with NCCPT, and I’m currently partnered with Athletic Republic of Orange County. We are a one stop shop for everything athletics.
The thing I enjoy most is seeing the improvements in my clients. The reason I do this, is because I enjoy helping athletes achieve or even surpass their goals. And I have the privilege of guaranteeing results.
I have been on or around this style of training for roughly 25 years. Started out training to prepare for sports at the age of 16. Went on to manage a similar facility, and eventually starting my own company. I am a certified trainer with NCCPT.

About the lesson

Start with a 10-12 minute warmup and stretch. Then on to the isokinetic machines for approximately 35-45 mins. Finish off with some slide board exercises, and/or speed bike routine.
This training works for any type of athlete, for any type of sport.

Details
My clients have the option of purchasing session packages, or on a monthly basis. Prices range from $12-$60 per session. Further details can be obtained over the phone, or in person. All clients receive a free demonstration workout.
