About Mauricio
Through my own Adversity to first help myself get back into shape and out of a mental rut, as I felt I was spiraling and lost in life. I regain more than what I had started with and could ever imagine. The learning lessons provided me with intuitive hindsight, that I can allows me to now helps others get back on the path at their pace through exercise and fitness to become a better version overall. After hearing so many stories from students and clients of all the adversity and obstacles and many walks of life that I have been grateful to have met, it gave me the ability to take that experience to speed up the guidance process.
Over 18 competitions and tournaments. Over 70 fight camps. Actively engaged in the Muay Thai community and promoters for competitive venues.
Have helped over 2000 clients lose 20 lbs on average, that's 40,000 lbs combined.
Mental health coached over 2000 clients along with nutritional advisement.
Have been a athlete at multiple levels including collegiate and have held seminars specifically for other coaches to help train their student- athletes .

1. Interview and consultation with new student to identify which program works best for them.
2. Make the first booking for a introductory lesson 1hr where we will cover the fundamentals of Muay Thai boxing, knees and kicks. Finish off with an mental and physical assessment then implement a outline strategy to reach targeted goals.
3. Create flexible Scheduling dates and times and milestone checkpoints for reassessments.
Beginners, amateurs , professionals, coaches, community group, outreach programs, all ages. Rehabilitation, pregnancies, and handicapped.
