We are an Elite Martial Arts Academy owned and operate by professional athletes, still training and competing.

About the lesson

We will first go through a consultation phase, where we speak with the members to see what they would like to improve/work on/learn.
After consultation, we start by explaining a little bit about the program. Right after that, we will start coaching the techniques according to the member's experience. For example, if a member has no experience we will start with basics
