About Frank
As a Martial Arts instructor teaching Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Juijitsu I serve as a consultant and past Director of the United States Mixed Martial Arts federation and the Internatiional Moixed Martial Arts federation, and senior master Instructor for the United States Hapkido Association. I travel for events and seminars having taught Martial arts since for more that 50 years. I live in St Louis and teach private lessons as well as in an affiliated gym located in Arnold MO. I over see gyms in Long Island NY and Minneapolis MN.
I am pleased to work with all ages and help give them confidence, strength and agility learning self defense, aerobic exercise, enhanced stamina and conditioning programs

I prefer to interview the student for their interest and expectations, to determine if they want to learn self defense, or become an active competitor in martial arts. I offer a free class to beginners on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6PM or 7 PM depending on their time availability which must set by reservation.

Details
An individual class lesson for a one hour class begins at $25.00 per hour and upon becoming an accepted student they pay by the month. Speciaized classes may have a different scale based on the needs of the student.
