I trained for almost 2 years with Brian and can honestly say it was absolutely terrific. Not only did I lose loads of weight but I was never bored and always challenged. He helped me with food planning and meal prep, introduced me to Brazilian jiu jitsu and TRX and motivated me to do a rugged maniac course. And most importantly he had great faith in me and encouraged me to keep going even when I felt discouraged. Would highly recommend him.
