About Pearl
Languages connect people and open the door to another culture.
I develop homeschool curriculum for families with no Mandarin language background step by step with word pronunciation support, activities, songs, games and stories. Kids will acquire speaking and listening skills in a short amount of time. Parents will learn Mandarin as they assist students' learning at home.
I have been teaching Mandarin Chinese and English in the past ten years in China and the US. I have taught students from all over the world ESL in the Intensive English Center at a University for almost 3 years. After that I was a Mandarin Chinese Language Teacher at a public high school for 3 years. I have also been teaching heritage Mandarin speaking students on Saturdays.
I’m a Minnesota license K-12 teacher in both Chinese and ESL.
