After deep conversations, she led me through a few different subconscious reprogramming exercises, which helped me get clear on what was holding me back, along with clear intentions and actions steps to create real change.

When I reached out to her, my goal was to experience relief from my severe anxiety and panic attacks that I had been experiencing on the daily for 8 months straight.
