About Dave
Through conversation, you and I will work in the areas of your life where you feel ineffective, stuck or unsatisfied. Along the way you'll develop skills in relationship and communication, integrity and life purpose that will help you unleash your ability to have more freedom, power, love and fun!
My wife Liz and I started Catalyst Foundation as a non profit educational company on October 22, 1990. We offer individual and group coaching in the areas of relationship and marriage, communication, purpose, creativity and productivity, integrity, and self fulfillment.
Catalyst coaching is for people who are well and want to expand and develop particular areas of their lives.

Catalyst coaching and classes are not a substitute for, nor are Catalyst coaches trained or certified or licensed in any form of therapy, counseling or other mental health or medical treatment. I started working for an educational company in San Francisco in 1978 that produced lasting, transformational results for people.
Appoximately 15 years working for an educational company, training, managing and leading courses in self development, communication, productivity and relationship.
With my wife, Liz (an Episcopal priest), founded Catalyst Foundation, writing, leading courses and providing individual coaching for couples and individuals.
I am NOT a psychologist, addiction counselor, sex therapist, career coach, marriage counselor nor am I certified in these or any other of the "helping" disciplines or professions. If you are seeking help in any of these areas you should search out professionals in the field most appropriate for your situation.

First, we have a FREE short call to explore whether we can work together and whether I can provide value for you.
Then we schedule our first 1/2 hour call, and I get your email address for sending you written materials and assignments.
Along the way we will create goals for you so you can measure your progress towards what you want in your life.

If you are seeking help in any of these areas you should search out professionals in the field most appropriate for your situation.
