Moms and Dads
Have a conversation first. Life Coaching and self discovery in parenting and spiritual growth is a personal matter. You will want to be sure that any coach you work with will be a right fit for you and your needs. The best way to know this is to have a session and trust your intuition. You will know what is right for you and your family.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What would you like less of in your life?
What do you want more of?
What would you love more of in your life?
And what seems to be blocking you from getting there?
Exploring these questions with a coach is a great way to see what break throughs you will acheive in working together.

Laura is such an amazing force and radiates positivity wherever she goes. She is, first and foremost, a mom and therefore can directly relate to the challenges mothers face on a daily basis. Laura has a passion for what she does and is truly trying to equip moms with a toolbox for all of life’s moments.
Laura is a wise, compassionate parenting expert. She is all about caring for the whole child, the whole mom, the whole family--body, mind, and spirit. Laura has a true gift for getting to the heart of the matter and creating solutions and approaches to tough challenges. I've always felt calmer and lighter after consulting and learning with her. Her soothing, kind voice and energy will bring you peace immediately, even before she works her parenting guidance magic.
