About Jennifer
I have created a total wellness program that teaches people how to connect with and listen to the body. Teaching them how to achieve the best health and live their best life.
Specializing in hormone, gut, and mental health disorders as well as spiritual alignment.
Programs are based on 3 pillars: Nutrition & Herbs, Education, Yogic Principles.
This is much more than stretching.
Changing lives. When we feel better, we do better. When we do better, we bring more light into the world. Every light I help shine a little brighter in turns brightens someone else's life.
I started teaching gentle stretches to my acupuncture patients, moved into hatha yoga group and private classes.
Now I have group and individual programs but not single classes.
Acupuncture License - herbs and supplements, hormone balancing, gut health, mental & spiritual health
Hatha Cert 200hr 2017
Kundalini Cert 300hr 2022 - meditation, dosha work, enneagram, trauma informed teaching

Have a clear idea of goals/desires
Teaching a workshop on how emotions affect the body incorporating yoga and meditation as a way to move those emotions.
