In my 8-week Radiance Program, I share my most potent feel-good tools. This curated series of 1-on-1 coaching sessions covers all things wellness—from nutrition and herbs to mindfulness and daily routine.
Each aspect of the program is customized to honor you and your personal goals. This program is perfect for someone who is wellness-curious and is ready to experience more balance in all aspects of life.
When you nourish yourself from within, the well-being that you cultivate permeates into every part of your life. Work, relationships, creativity, health and wealth all get a boost when you fill up your cup.
You will emerge from this 8-week experience with your feet on the ground, a greater sense of clarity around food, a deeper knowing of yourself and a zen that can’t be touched.
