About Gerard

Just my love for the game drove me to start teaching and coaching once my playing career was ended.

I minnored in Athletic Training at Bethune Cookman Univ. I recently received my certification in speed & agility training through NSPA.

About the lesson

Before I start working with a new student I usually put them through different stretches and drills, while evaluating their strengths and weaknesses. Then we build from there.

All ages 6-30 I just don't teach football and speed I also train those who want to stay fit and toned as well.

Look for someone who's in this field for your best intrest not your money. I love what I do and all my clients will go to back for me just as I will for them
