About Micheal
We have a great passion for helping all ages of athletes to obtain there goals in sports and in life!! We offer a one of a kind mental training service and top notch training customized to your goals.
I enjoy helping people grow as athletes and as a person. I get a great deal of accomplishment and satisfaction out of seeing our athletes achieving success.
I've coached high school football for about 5 years. We have been very successful in nearly a perfect season I've been there. I'm a certified personal trainer. For over 15 years I trained to be a great athlete and have been a leading rusher on each team I've been on. I've competed at each level High School, college, and semi pro.
