About Brian
In the history of me, I started sports at 5 years old and played competitive sports until 26. Starting with soccer for 11 years and football for 12, I jumped into coaching with my younger brothers soccer team when I was 12 helping as an assistant.
Having played on both college and semiprofessional levels of football, coaching at the Middle school, Highschool and SemiPro levels, I have gained great experience in all aspects of football and fitness. I have also trained athletes in a gym atmosphere for many years and am currently getting an updated personal training certificate.

The first initial meeting is the the most important one where we discuss history, vision, capabilities, and drive/desire to improve.
Assesing abilities, techniques, body type, and current physical status through testing witll set his/her baseline.
This is truly the starting point to where the work begins, from the implementation of a physical, mental and nutritional program.
Find someone you are comfortable with, someone with a history or experience that will give you insight on your abilities as well as will be actively involved in your training, not just tell you what to do and then sit back wait for you to do as your told.
