About Caroline

My name is Caroline Punch.

I am American Fitness Professionals Certified Personal Trainer with focus on the active aging group(over 50).

I am currently accepting clients interested in changing their fitness profile in a positive and permanent way and have lots of good laughs along the way. I have references available from many of my 50 plus gals that are getting so strong and hearing singing praises from their doctors. Here is one of their reviews: "You will get results on every part of your body with Caroline but she is one of the most kind and empathetic people I have ever met"

By partnering with me you will receive:

• personal attention and support needed to stay motivated and focused on your short and long term goals

• a new workout every session(I love varitey and love to get you outside to reap benefits of fresh air if this suits your style)

• the option of working out whenever it suits your schedule

• independent training program for your home or gym (homework!)

• nutritional guidance and tips based on your body type and activity level

• affordable pricing with no contract signing required

I am personally committed to making a difference in your life that goes beyond the physical aspects resulting from regular exercise. I take pride in what I do and invest a lot of time in your plan. I incorporate popular training styles such as classic resistance and core training, functional movements, balance work, high intensity cardio intervals, and strength training with dumbells.

I have high expectations of my clients, but my clients will tell you I am very empathetic(which is why they come to me). I understand that there is more to life than counting calories, inches and pounds. I want to work with individuals ready for a change, not wishing for a change. My success as your trainer and nutrition coach depends on your desire to succeed and consistency in creating healthy habits.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
