About Andrew
I am a 17-year-old high school senior at Kings Ridge Christian School. I will be attending Samford University in the upcoming 2021 fall semester. I have been through the tutoring system as a child, and I struggled with tutors that made me feel like I wasn't smart enough to succeed in school. Through the inspiration of really good teachers, I overcame my self-doubt. I hope to enable student's self-confidence and belief in themselves. The most powerful tool a student can have as is confidence in one's own perspective, and I want them to learn how to use this tool.
I am a peer tutor at my school. I also was a small group leader, and a middle school mission trip leader.

Working through what homework that they have, also doing creative writing excerces to start out the session to get the student in more of a English mood. Then working through whatever they are studying. I also don't specialize in math, history, or science, but I can work with a student if they need help in these areas.
