About Alet

My focus, currently, is on people with Dislexia and reading difficulties.

I also assist students with learning problems by determining their learning styles

I am doing this for the past 10 years. it is my passion to help people, by guiding them to believe in themselves and to believe that they can achieve and overcome any difficulty.

I have:

• More than 30 years’ experience teaching/training learners/adults from ages 5 to 60 from a diverse background

• Employed in all tiers from primary school teacher to lecturer, and trainer to ESL Coordinator (ESL- English to Speakers of other Languages)

• 10 years lecturer at College for Vocational Education

• Head of Business Management Subjects at College for Vocational Education  Experienced and involved in Professional Development with staff

• ESL: Coordinator and Instructor (ESL-English to Speakers of other languages)  In depth knowledge of teaching English as a foreign language/ second language.

• Qualified Teacher

• Design and develop Professional Development modules

• Building training packages based on unit standards
