Experience: Hello! I am Veronica. I have been an educator for children ages five to eight since 2019. I taught first grade and kindergarten in private and public elementary school settings. Teaching for me is an opportunity to use my skills for a good cause. Teaching is a rewarding task because I enjoy helping others and I love interacting with my students and making their classes special for them. My classes are interesting and effective because I modify my lessons depending on the student. My hobbies being a vocalist and creating decorations. These hobbies can aid in making my lessons more interesting and effective. For example, I can teach them a song or rhyme related to the lesson or use a decoration in my lesson when it may be easier to show them the object we are learning about. In addition, I reward my students with stars and praise for their good work by making rewards based on the students' individual interests.
