About Francine

There is no better feeling than empowering others through the sharing of knowledge. This has been my experience especially with my "one-on-one" approach. I have designed a method that renders lessons inclusive and whereby students are fully involved. and are able to "LIVE" the subject.

I have been teaching ESL for nine years. A former New York State Substitute Teacher, I sequed seamlessly from classroom delivery andexam procturing to tutoring individuals.

As a Spanish Language and English major, the study process took me to The University of Leon in Spain. There I was able to experience the language I was learning. Recognizing the benefits of that experience, I now replicate that journey as best I can by creating a similar learning environment for students. Seeing a student with minimal English skills develop into the valedictorian at graduation is but one of my accomplishments and of which I am proud.

I look forward to working with you and sharing the joy of learning in a "true-to- life" atmosphere.

I previously worked as a Broadcaster. In Two Thousand and Eight, I decided I wanted to contribute in a more direct manner. It was there that I identified working with students as the best method to accomplish my dream.

I first managed an English as a Second Language program for the County. At graduation, the Superintendent of the local school district noticed the progress of the students and hired me as a substitute teacher. I was assigned Native Language Learners (Spanish) and Native Language Arts (English) classes. In Two Thousand and Nine, I began receiving overseas students.
