Outside of my own studies and competitions, I dedicated my time to working with children of all abilities and age levels. For the past 4 summers, I have been a cabin counselor at The Painted Turtle, a Serious Fun Camp for children with life-threatening illnesses. There, I was responsible for addressing the emotional and medical needs of 10 campers ages 7-16yo as well as programming and adapting activities so they were accessible and fun for everyone. At university, I was the VP for our Special Olympics team, where I coached 8 adult athletes. I also tutored 4 9yo boys in math and taught 20 7yo girls in self defense. I specialize in intentional, active, and inclusive programming as well as time-management.
