About Daniel

I firmly believe that teaching is one of the most

important vocations a person can develop because

it actively involves the search for knowledge and

methods of how effectively transmit it. I also

believe that teaching goes beyond the simple fact

of transmitting information, but it is fundamental

that the teacher knows how to transmit it, how to

get the student to internalize that knowledge, to

reflect on it in an integrated manner. For this,

there are many methods, but the one I use is

Tim Ferris, induction-deduction and analysis-synthesis.

The philosopher-scientist

Francis Bacon said "Knowledge is power" and that

is my goal as a teacher, transmit to the student

the power that will give them freedom.

Since I was in high school, I always tried to help

students learning the topics in which they had

problems. Later on, at University, I got into

it with more intense and devoted a passion teaching

friends, that are my colleague at a present time,

different sciences topics like Microbiology, Chemistry,

Meteorology, Calculus, and Water Treatment.

As I professional, I took some extra courses in Environmental Microbiology,

Data Science, and Water Treatment. I had read many

books of Chemistry and Biology. I also developed a solid work experienced in the fields of Environmental chemistry and microbiology, Data Science, and Water Treatment.

I love learning as I love teaching and I strongly believe

that you will love it too.

I am looking forward to be your mentor .

I started teaching since I was in High school. Then, at University I teached friends and students of different semesters.

I am an envinronmental engineer and I have plenty work experienced in Water Treatment, Environmental Chemistry and Microbiology, Data Science, Meteorology, GIS and other technical fields of Engineering.

About the lesson

First.- Get to know each other.

Second.- Establish the goal and objectives.

Third.- Write down the content and evaluate it with the student.

Fourth.- Start with 20% of the content and separate it in small units.

Fifth.- Design diagrams, graphs, and conclusions at the end of each class.

Sixth.- Review the acquire knowledge and start again.

I have worked with students in High school and University.

To ask the teacher straightfoward questions regarding the topics that the student wants to learn. Also, to find out the strategies that the teacher will use to transfer that knowledge. The student needs to make sure that the teacher uses mind maps, graphs, exercises and other usefull tools to integrate the knowledge in a practical way.

Lecture, excersises, scientific papers, videos and other usefull tools are important.
