I began my teaching career aftre obtaing my K-12 teaching certificate and joing the staff at a alternative high school.
I have a bachelors degree in K-12 Ar Education and a MA in Teacher Leadership along with 4 years teaching at an alternative Title 1 high school.

I recently took 20 students to the Detroit Institute of Arts for a day long field trip of exploration. This was a first time experience for most of the students.
