About Alina
Passionate, positive and dedicated yoga and dance instructor with over three years of teaching experience. Local performing artist with over ten years in dance and fitness experience. Personality of a performer: I will get you to live your best best life and have fun during your group or private class. I am passionate about helping my clients feel great, heal and “own” their bodies through yoga and dance. I have deep faith and passion for dance and yoga, and the transformational effect they have on people’s lives.
WHAT TO HIRE ME FOR...there is a variety:
1) Dance privates: I specialize in contemporary, burlesque, heels (!!) Ladies, weather you are looking to get in shape or learn how to move with confiedence, I can help you.
2). Yoga privates: I will help you find a practice right for your body and life style. As a result, you will learn how to have a more balanced and peacful life. Good bye shoulder and back pain!
3). Events: wedding choreography, bachalarette parties (yoga or dance), birthday parties (kids and adults). Every party needs an entertainer..!
4).Energy Healing (Reiki) and wholostic welness consutoing: Trasnform your life!
