About Flip
FlipDunk Sports is 19,000 sq.ft. of indoor, high-flying fun! It's a one-of-a-kind recreational experience that offers fitness activities for all ages and skill levels found nowhere else in the Valley. You'll literally be bouncing off the walls! With trampolines on the floors and walls, bungee trampolines and tumble tracks with basketball hoops for a slam dunk finish, the sky’s literally the limit at Flip Dunk Sports.
Whether extreme fitness for adults or extreme fun for kids, you'll find it in the fitness classes offered for the entire family. Mom and tot classes run parallel to advanced training sessions, not to mention our awesome birthday party facilities to be enjoyed by the young and young at heart.
