About Shyrelle
Hi my name is Shyrelle :) I’m a certified yoga/dance/fitness instructor located in Hollywood. I can offer a more cardio based power vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt (light weights), a more restorative/yin style class, or a combination. Im a professional dancer & have been a group fitness instructor for over a decade & can incorporate that in your sessions if desired. I’m a meditation instructor, reiki practitioner & massage therapist and can use essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, rainsticks, etc if that is of interest to you at the end of your session. I’ve worked with various levels, ages & needs & can customize a workout regimen to fit you specifically. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me & I hope to hear from you soon. Namaste!

I love to chat with the student first to hear their needs, goals, dreams, etc. This way I can discover what they truly need in their sessions & how we can create a path to success. I like to talk through everything from injuries, traumas, diet, way of life etc to truly get to the root of what brings them to finding a private instructor.
All levels welcome! Yoga, dance, fitness & well being is for everyone! :)

Definitely take her class. Super great flow👍
I am a newbie to yoga & have only had a couple sessions with Shy, however I’ve already learned so much & am seeing improvements. She takes time to adjust me in poses that I need help with my alignment. She also helps to stretch me out & gives me a beautiful massage at the end. It’s so magical!
I enjoy her energy. She fills the room up with her smile & kicks my butt each & every time. Happy to have found her.
Shyrelle is lovely. She’s very patient with me and my practice. I’m returning back to yoga after a car accident and have less range of motion. She continues to guide me to a path of light & gratitude. Her life story is also inspiring.
