About Brittany

Hi, I’m Brittany! My love for dance & music started at a very young age. In my home city, NY I was technically trained since the age of 4 by NYC professional broadway & NYC ballet instructors in the following genres; hip hop, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, ballet, pointe & African dance. I even studied dance while attending high school at Boces Multicultural Performing Arts Center located in Syosset NY & Osceola School of Arts when I moved to central FL! Currently, I am a dance instructor, independent recording artist and active working entertainment professional!

Although dance has always served as my foundation, my resume extends far beyond it. I have been fortunate enough to Dance for Professional leagues, as well as land modeling and extra rolls in tv shows commercials, movies, as well as dance for mainstream artist! Below are of a few of the projects I have been a part of:

HSN (home shopping network) - Being Mary Jane - Ride Along 2 - Insurgent - The City Girls - Machel Montano - The Orlando Predators - EDC (electrical daisy concert) - Talib Kweli - 104.5 The Beat

In 2015 I competed & won the “who got next” award which was held on 104.5 the beat radio station powered by I heart radio and had the opportunity for my music to be played on a major platform!

What sets me apart from others is my empathy, tough love and passion to inspire others, unleashing their greatness! I believe with will power & dedication anyone can become a great dancer! If you believe in yourself just a little bit I can push you to that next level!

I started teaching in 2013 as a member of a professional dance team I was a part of. We were given the opportunity to choreograph our own pieces to perform on field. Since then I taught classes sporadically and have been teaching consistently for the past 2 years.

25 years dance training in various genres

Dance instructor for 2 years ages 2 - 18

Freestyle Dancer for 5 years

About the lesson

When working with a new student, I love to learn about them first and begin with the end in mind! If I can understand what results my students expect, I can better use my professional experience to help them achieve that goal

I have worked with students ages 2-18 as well as adults!

i would tell a student to communicate clearly what their expectations are for their instructor. Ask for a resume of work, videos or even references! You want to be sure you are going to be able to hire someone that can bring your vision to life and really bring the best out of you!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think through what their needs actually are. What song they’d like to use. What their vision is. If their vision is realistic with the time and money they are willing to dedicate.
