About Sarah
I offer private, small or large group Zumba classes and cater each class to the level of the student(s). My fun-filled Zumba classes will make you forget you're working out but make you sweat every time! I am also available for Zumba Toning as well as Zumba Abs classes. Let me guide you through an ENJOYABLE workout.
I love working with each student on their current fitness levels to get them to their ideal fitness goals. I aim to make every workout fun and make you love coming to class! Working out is always easier when you enjoy what you do, so let me share my joy with you!
I am a nationally certified Zumba Instrutor, Basic and Advanced trained. I have worked in studios in New York City, along side Zumba celebrities, as well as many studios in the Binghamton Area, as well as being a dancer since the age of 3, competing internationally. I am also an EMT in Binghamton, as well as having first responder for 3 years.
