About Tom
Accomplished Chef with 12 years of comprehensive experience working in the hospitality and food service industry (4ys of experience at PepsiCo/Frito Lay. Adept at strictly monitoring all kitchen activities and ensuring all health code standards are met. Specialties in latin, brazilian, mexican, french, indian, italian, portuguese, asian and mediterranean cuisines, healthy, vegetarian, hamburger creation, food and menu development.
Proactive highly effective at anticipating, leadership and management skills. Recognized throughout career for being visionary, multi-tasking, delivering prompt, extensive training experience and solid expertise in the areas of cooking, product development, research chef, restaurant management, consulting and hospitality.
• To teach, train and motivate students to achieve new levels of skills in the kitchen. Instructed students in career development techniques.
• Coach students, chefs, cooks and junior chefs on cooking techniques and performance strategies.
